I learn that ChangGyeong Palace had many historic stories. Some was war stories and some was very sad stories. First of all, ChangGyeong Palace was built by king Seongjong for his mother and grand mother. But it was burned down during the Japanese Ivasion in 1952. In, ChangGyeong Palace, they had many sad stories. First, Lady Jang was killed and crown Prince Sado was put to death in a rice chest. ChangGyeong Palace was not colorful than other palaces in Seoul. I was surprisedto learn that. It's roof has Dancheong. Dancheong was colorful Korean styled decorations that are used on buildings. It had five colors. It was Red, Black, Green, Whit and Yellow. These five colors represent the five elements which make up the universe.
