Today, I visited the National Museum of Korea. I also saw many Goryeo artifacts too. In them, there were interesting Goryeo celadon. Today, I will tell you about Goryeo celadon and my favorite celadon.

Celadon is the name of a pottery kind with a clear, blue-green color. Goryeo celadon was natural with beautiful designs and colors, so they were appreciated by people from Japan and China to Arabia and even Europe. There are also many designs in some celadon such as grapes, ducks, and dragons too.

My favorite Goryeo celadon is a big teapot. It has a dragon head on the front while its body is a fish. Because the fish body are curled up, the lid of this teapot is the fish¡¯s tail. Also, the dragon¡¯s mouth is open, and there is the dragon¡¯s curled tongue. I guess that the curled tongue is for the tea water to flow. I think it is an excellent teapot.

I felt really interested about Goryeo celadon. I want to be an archaeologist who finds Goryeo celadon, like my favorite celadon.
