We can meet many great people in "War Memorial of Korea". I saw Eulgimundeok(À»Áö¹®´ö), and he was very impressive character. He led the Salsu battle by the smart strategy. When Sui China invaded Goguryeo, Eulgimundeok(À»Áö¹®´ö) didn't fight hard on purpose. This made Sui China be tough. When the enemies went into the Salsu river, Eulgimundeok(À»Áö¹®´ö) opened the dam and most of the enemies drowned; only 2,700 men alived. Eventually, Goguryeo won over Sui China, by Eulgimundeok(À»Áö¹®´ö)'s brilliant strategy.

   I also saw Ann Jung- Geun(¾ÈÁß±Ù), who is the most memorable person among the freedom fighters. He cut his third finger; but many foreigners are confused about the reason why he cut his finger. The reason is that Ann Jung- Geun(¾ÈÁß±Ù) wanted to promise to make Korea independent from Japan. So, he promised with his friends by his blood from his third finger. Lee Bong-Chang(À̺Àâ) and Yoon Bong-Gil(À±ºÀ±æ) were also brave freedom fighters. All the freedom fighters who fought against Japan to make Korea independent are very brave and respectful. I hope them to see nowadays' Korea and be happy. I felt proud that I'm Korean, and it is such a good thing that "War Memorial of Korea" was built. Thank you.
