Today we went to the Seoul Meuseum of History. There we learned abou Hanyang(Korea's old capital name) history. I had classified two reasons why Hanyang is a place that is memorable.

 First, the capital Hanyang was great becausr of the fertile soil and the beautiful sceanery. Because of Hanyang, Goguryeo, Baekje, and Shilla tried hard to win this land.

 Second, HAnyang had several villages like Bukchon, Jungchon, and Namchon. Bukchon was located near Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung. Because of this good location, Bukchon was the best place to live in. Therefore, royal families and high level officials lived here. Jungchon means 'middle neighborhood'. The residents were mostly merchants, translator-interpreters, and doctors. In Namchon lived commeners and moble mes who were poor. This is alson theplace where the story 'Heo Saeng Jeon' took place.

I like hanyang because it is where I am currently living. Hanyang(or Seoul) has very good location, beautiful scenery, and has a interesting story.
